you're wrong. i'm a seller at lelong, a standard that lelong set is 3 days after payment must start shipping to customer. I set myself a higher standard payment before noon will be sent to courier office on the same day. I never promise that a delivery will take how many days but clearly on lazada site it says so. if transaction is like a mini contract, non-delivery within time is a breach of contract. no other excuse needed but refund.
LZD extended and giving me new timeframe which is 20/May.
this is 3rd time LZD extended.
while im calling the Courier Company they told that my item is missing.for 5th time follow up my case

and for those who backup and kipas which this is unfair to seller,i agree with the statement above.this is within my consent.they breach the contract at first.then forcely ask customer by giving new timeframe.LZD should refund immediately.yes this is problem by their courier.not seller,not lazada.
even though i ask i dont want to extended timeframe more and want my money back,they forcely ask me to wait.
