lazada send survey on how customer feel if they started the collection point after this rather than shipped to home/office/designated address.

might be after this all order need to be pickup at collection point@store@mall nearby

1.no more EZBACK code.
2.lot of SV since they will cancelled all the item and the blame as system glitch error multiple dupe abuse voucher bla bla bla
3.no more voucher above RM30
4.copy and paste script.
5.lazy and rude livechat,end up without notice and dont care if customer going to kpdnk or other shopping platform.

disadvantage shopee 11street is non genuine item.and headache to return back to seller.they ask so many question assuming the customer want to cheat them.ask for picture..blame to courier..and ask for customer to bear to return cost.this is totally BS.

by this example.lazada still win regarding warranty provided.even rm1 item sometime got extra 14days change of mind applicable.

mana mau cari ini macam?


competitor got pro n cons.
so do lejada here.

i've returned so many item for reason change of mind (if applicable) and without hesitate lazada refund back the money.

shopee sell cheaper price but free postage applicable to one seller and amount need to be more than 30ringgit.so do 11street and other competitor.

for the warranty reason,for me lesapda is the winner.menang tanpa bertanding.

dont mind about the CS name. they use so many alias .i experiences so many alias while communicate with Laz.
sometime you get CS pinoy,thailand, rarely malaysia. i heard what they gosip behind and understand that was about PRU today.

dont mind about alias,i repeat.while replying to certain CS.now everyone is EXPERT@SPECIALIST.hahaha.they were same person,unless your email allocated to many lazada CS branches

so your account has been flagged and you need to contact Customer Services.
debit/credit card information will be inactive on this account.

lazada have solely right to determine how many SV they can initiated.some people ask form 60-70 SV because of the original price rather than think the price while bought is during flash sale.

lazada will calculate and then issued voucher from the price customer pay.

ask for SV if the complaint is from their fault.and provided information and photo nessecary from multiple angle so they cannot argue and satisfied.

and reminder,dont challange them for higher SV if they provided first place.then can ignore you at last and ask for returned.then no SV given at all.then they will remark you order number as solved if another time you send another complaint.

now they have business intelligence can put you into 'watch list'

LZD extended and giving me new timeframe which is 20/May.
this is 3rd time LZD extended.
