I have a weird problem with Citi PM on SPay. It asks for a PIN and when I keyed it, it will prompt wrong PIN and transaction rejected by bank, followed by SMS from Citi that a transaction on the card was rejected due to PIN error.
Then I reset the pin, try again, same error.
Remove and add back card, work for 1x time, then same error.
Remove and add back again, didn't even work for 1x. Just straight error.
Now the funny part, Citi claims they don't see the card attached to SPay even though they acknowledge issuing the SMS with the OTP for attaching to SPay and acknowledge tokenization process complete. Claims it is a SPay problem.
Just wondering, anyone else encountered this before, and if getting in touch with SPay helps
