So sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience. I never encountered this issue before but will take note after reading your horrendous encounter.

You can try and dispute with the bank which the transaction was charged. Will definitely be an uphill battle and a hassle but it is your money after all. No harm in trying, right?

Had experienced this only once before at KFC Extreme Park Section 13 Shah Alam...

Apparently, the cashier said payment didn't go thru and also no receipt was printed. However, my Gear S3 app "ding" and stated payment went thru successfully. I ask for the Manager assistance and he pressed a few buttons on the cashier machine and immediately the receipt was printed.

So, blame the cashier (99% all the time...). These cashiers are just part-timer and they don't bother or worry to make mistake as they can find other jobs anytime...

dear Samsung pay users, today ive encountered a very pissed event when i'm trying to make my Spayment.

this local supermarket allowed for paywave and nv mention about minimum( by right they are not allow to do so).
so last month i found 1 of thier item which is only 20cents, so i bought 4 and request counter seperate the bill, so that i can have 4 transaction/Spoint count. 
I've done this 2-3 times already but cashier has no issue.

Then today 1 fine afternoon, when i went to this supermarket again to perform the Spay.
at 1st cashier told me that 20cents cannot paywave, but i replied her that how come i can perform it last time. so she let me paid with spay.
then this guy(manager) came over to the cashier and stop me for using my Spay for 2nd payment.

he told me that he has notice me that i always separate my bill, 20cents 20cents pay, then he asked me why do i wan to do this? i replied him i wan to collect point.
Then he said: you know everytime u perfom this we need to pay for service charge.
Then i replied him BNM dont allow merchant to set minimum amount.
He called bank, bank has no issue, but he told me his/management decision dont wan to sell me the item.
i was like: WOW WTF ??

i didnt make the complain to BNM on the spot, coz i didnt know that, till i went home then search google.

From the BNM app "how to lodge a complain" page. 1st step: Approach FSP(financial Service Provider) branch.

My question is: who is the FSP? the paywave terminal? or my Spay registered card ?

I also waiting to redeem my points then quit. Samsung for spay i think they didnt plan ahead so now there too much points floating in the market they do not know what to do.

They have 2 options - since point have expiry they can delay and drag it beyond the timeline so if you didnt redeem its your problem

Next to have enough items so all their points are depleted .

some time, user tend to abuse it ....

since BNM allowed no mininum, i dun see there is a problem to spay any amount.

In my opinion i will keep maxing out until the gear appear or reaches the last month of my points expiry and 1 shot redeem multiples items and say goodbye. Who knows maybe suddenly 20k can redeem a tv or some cool gadget.

Agreed. Their retail price is rather high but don't offer wireless charging.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I bought myself a Tronsmart Powerbank which supports Qi wireless fast charging @ 10watts. So far, so good. Not as fast you mentioned but I am able to charge 3 devices on the go if needed.
