Sometime you have to wait for 10-20 min then retry again.
If still cannot, then if you currently using firefox/chrome/steam client then switch to another one to try it.
Last time I fail in firefox, I try to use steam client and it work.
Then sometime I just wait for 10-20min in firefox then reload that cart again and it work.

currently I go to this link to buy and it show that I miss 2 items which is chimera and elite soldier pack and it give me 84% which is RM11.20 to complete this bundle.

When I click add cart, in cart make payment, it show I miss 3 items which also xcom enemy unknown(but I already own this and in steam site it already show that I own it. Just in cart area it become that I don't own xcom enemy unknown) and charge me more than RM11.20.

Anyway to solve it?
I tried to contact support but the "choice" for this problem are not list out at there and I can't report this.

Their website for support also very hard to use.
I want direct contact but it still provide choice for me to choose and must get the correct "path" so that I able to "contact support".
They reply at next day and say that they already inform those people and don't know when will they fix it and also suggest me direct contact to publisher.

Want to ask you all, public bank ATM debit card can use to buy steam game without problem right?
My visa card expire on oct 21 but until now still not received a new card.
Normally when will a new card come? before a month of old card expire? or come at that expire month?

Recently I always got problem in first login, it act like steam is offline and ask me to reconnect but at the same time it request the steam guard code(which my phone will pop out for me so I know it connect online even the client still ask for reconnect). I had to reconnect the steam client second time then it work until next time I shutdown machine and start it back.

Just to let you all know, now steam accept touch n go payment already. In touch n go "A+ reward", now got offer of RM3 steam discount which after you claim it, in this 15 days, you buy something at least RM3.10++ in steam game, it discount RM3.00 for you.
