Steam nowadays most titles just giving 50% discount on summer and winter sales.
High discount only appear on their special week sales.

Then some title this winter sales give you 66% discount, if you not buying and keep waiting, sometime on next summer sales, it only give you 50% discount. Some title only give 75% discount once only then next few year it give 50% only so if you miss out that time, you may not able to get good discount anymore.

Some title 66% discount which look quite good. After you bought it, it appear at next month humble bundle.
Some will appear as epic free games week.

Steam losing a lot of good things such as 4 copies bundle, daily special high discount and not even try to give some free games like epic.

Their card price also drop a lot. Last time each summer or winter card can sell for RM0.50 but now less than RM0.15

Got 66% then must grab already. Sometime after a year release, they still dare to adjust the price higher than release time. So even after that they give 66% discount, it still cost more than earlier price in 50% discount.
