EW really put on a fight with EH and AEON is risky but a good move. AEON will be able to sustain if there is enough population who shop there instead of TESCO or Econsave (now the big 2 supermarkets within the area). EW can get more buyers if they can see the amenities like this around this area too. SO chicken and egg. Aeon might have a chance here since there isn't any direct competitor in that category and they offer different class of groceries. of course heavily depends on the consumers around here as well. Seen so many supermarket downgraded (from Ben to jaya grocer then to Hero....) in PJ too, so hopefully this one can sustain.

Hi, honestly im property agent selling a condo project in semenyih too, but im really interested buy a landed in Semenyih when i had earned my first bucket of money
Either setia ecohill or eco majestic is ok, wish to get range in between 500-700k, any recommendations? I love how the landscaping and its not so far from either KL/Putrajaya/Nilai Im enjoying my everyday working here now, cuz its not as jam like KL

You may visit Ecohill Welcome Center for more information. The location of heleena terrace house is much better than terrace house in Ecohill 2 as it is closed to coming Ecohill Walkmall which target completed on next year.

Nilai already have 1 10 years contract , expired EW shop like quite slow, Taipan seems more shop open, Vista Valley also quite wong now

I think 700k you can get corner lot in EH? Maybe? 800k you get semiD at Setia Mayuri. Terrace at EW mostly around 600k. Ya. Peaceful here compare to K.L if you don’t have to work in kl.

It’s big but pretty empty (not much shops variety). I think the EW aeon will be a smaller size. Taipan at the Moment is gaining momentum. Apparently SP also help to attract biz to open up and EW didn’t go that far to help. EW shop lots are very very empty and now it all depends on this aeon. Be square or be gone.
