I’m new to this forum. Interested to view more pics of single storey Kingsville which are almost completed. The pics posted are of 1 1/2 storey units. Appreciate if anyone can share pics of single storey units. Thanks

Their website normally has some photos, as they will update the build progression rate.

There is a garden tour which they will drive you around kingsville project.

The price listed is Rm1.38m, with discount is around rm1.2m++. If you want, can use me as introducer and get another 1.5% discount.

All bungalows in Ew or Eh are without front gate I believe, only side fencing for your garden. No need to install electric gate.

Hi all taikor / taijie here,
Can I asked Eco Majestic / Eco Hill? Which developer is doing better job here in Semenyih? I believe this is side by side? In term of landscaping, surrounding, which one is better?
I saw there is a lot option available from this 2 developers, so wondering which is the best option that i need to opt for.
Priority is looking for bangalow land. empty land.

Empty land in EH all gone unless you want those not gated one out in Semenyih.

EW landscape pretty pretty and it’s strata title hence in Long run will be like staying in a hi end condo.

1- Strata title vs individual
: unity, rules and regulation, landscaping, monthly cost, future cost...

2- Initial cost: EH is cheaper. I think the current most expensive unit is 1.6m for EH but Ew is over 2.4m now.

3- design: Ew is more creative. Eh is just practical.

4- workmanship: felt EW is better but used cheaper product eg cheapo toilet seat. But EW rectified problem very speedy and more systematic.

5- location: 5 mins still time. Eh1 wins! I don’t like all the turning and bumps in EW.

Just my Point of view. Both have pro and con. Best is to rent a unit and stay for awhile to see.

Still under construction! Definitely seeing more hi rise which is not What I’m looking forward to. EH taipan mall and EW Aeon mall both fighting to complete next year. And another one called Midland mall also coming up.

I doubt if AEON will only b temporary setup. Or, a lease of 5 to 10 years.

Maybe downgrade to maxi value or aeon bic. I tot it was maxi to begin with and then deteriorate. Well, now they set the bench mark a little higher. Guess you need that to attract buyer don't you.
