Top 2 casualties gonna be Cap or Iron Man. Both cant do shit against a titan of Thanos's stature

Not like Spidey or Antman can either. But Captain & Iron Man are de facto leaders of Avengers.

Think 1st Part of Infinity War is gonna be filled with death, blood & suffering. Would be by far, darkest MCU film. As much as Im anticipating it, equally worried lookin at prospect of impending doom my favourite heroes gonna face. Its like Judgement Day of MCU.

Perhaps Hulk could put up a fight, along with Vision (granted his MindStone is intact, which is impossible). Dr. Strange is the trump card imo. Without him, the entire massacre unleashed by Thanos cannot be undone

Russo Brother's recent interview suggest a heist involving Avengers & Thanos, which most logically would revolve Infinity Stones. I dont think such smart director duo would drag one plot device to over 2 films

Part 1 would be Thanos grabbing Infinity Stones, ROFL Stomping MCU protagonist leaving them with despair & fear

Part 2 would most probably feature our heroes come-uppance given how Marvel animation used similar pattern

Leaked teaser trailer showed Thanos literally hurling goddamn star/planet. How dafuq a team led by serum-enchanced super soldier & iron suited human even show RESISTANCE, let alone putting up a FIGHT (granted havin Thunder God, Witch & AI to their disposal)

Over-expectation kills

Dunno bout others, but considerin how Age of Ultron was generally considered weak installment despite it being a great film personally & making an already titanic Thanos even more over-powered (somthing like Broly frm DBZ) makes me to set my expectation bar low

Who wanna watch one-sided beatdown

But hey, watchin literally 100 MCU heroes in single film is literally very bit of hype isnt it?

Thanos could smash Hulk, teleport, survive Big Bang & even survived against Odin (Thor's bapak).

Not even Hulk-Buster can survive against the behemoth. Looks like Guardians are the only hope....

I certainly hope other directors besides Russos & Joss Whedon take charge cuz diff makers have diff perspectives & presentation style.

James Wan, Del Toro or even Roland Emmerich are some choices.

Thanos may be most historical baddie for Avengers. But there's Eternity, Living Tribunal, The One Above All.

Wish all or at least 1 of these characters make their appearance in Avengers film

Captain has improvised Wakandan shield thx to Black Panther which pops from his wrist

Also, if you watched Civil War, Captain discarded his shield cuz Tony claimed his father made that shield

As much as I'd say Chris has infused soul into Steve Roger as Captain America, gotta say it was Captain's "heart" which was highlighted in the Captain America-The First Avenger that bestows him strength.

Ultimately Captain is just a regular human made into lab experiment. A super soldier. Yet, for him to resist an attack from Mad Titan Thanos, one of the strongest entity of MCU with his Infinity Gauntlet is something else.

Nolan's trilogy is unrivalled. Maybe you can watch Ninja Batman, animetized version which looks dope.

Despite the box office revenues, FA as a film is no patch to Rogue One. The latter had awesome screenplay, cinematography, characters etc

Goin by the hype generated via trailers, Infinity War could easily surpass every superhero box-office collection thus far. I think even FA

Hawkeye is somewhat retired by end of Age of Ultron right?

Dude's a family man & almost an ant compared to likes of Ultron/Thanos

Even in AoU, Hawkeye only fought few Ultron proxy & almost killed till saved last minute by Quick Silver

Antman mesti ada punya. He'd be one of few Avengers that'll survive & make a comeback in Infinity War 2.

Not sure why. But never really get the fulfilled satisfaction as Age of Ultron, Civil War

Definetly Thanos-centric film. But hated the fact Russo's & Marvel decided to not stay faithful to comic's version of Thanos.

Those who read comics or at least layan Youtube Channels like VariantComics, ComicHistorian, Looper would know "actual" backstory of Thanos & history of Infinity Stones. Dude could've given a 4 hour film & I would've still watched cuz Thanos backstory & his history with Infinity Stone goes way beyond ordinary "balance" kinda lines. Ever heard Mistress Death? Nemesis? Pls check it out for those interested

Thor went Goku here. Just wished Russo's used the BGM's from trailer cuz battle scenes would've benefited alot from it

If Ultron was equivalent to Cell (DBZ) Thanos is Majin Boo. Guess dat sums up the film to me

Seriously? Super villains (provided done well) with universal agendas are always interesting as compared to anti-heroes helll-bent on proving superior to the protagonists

Comic book version gave life & soul to Thanos. And its a shame those who never read the comic would ever know about Titan, Mistress Death, Thane except few camera shots shown in Infinity War & dat line in 1st Avengers film "facin the Avengers is courting DEATH"

Which is tragic. Dude came off lookin rather vague with his objective in Infinity War

Dafuq Thanos? Your outta ur mind? Not 1 or 2 guys disagree with ya. Hell, there are many other ways to restore "balance"

And man I do admire Josh Brolin's acting. But still, I dont think Thanos is anywhere in the league of Heath Ledger's Joker.

Joker actually manifested himself as a weapon to use Batman's code of morals against him. Even the line "when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" rings true to Joker's portrayal as diabolic, agent of chaos required to balance Dark Knight's symbol of justice

Thanos came off lookin more like selfish prick obsessed with his skewed goal of balance.

Now as I rewatch the film, it looks more of a Thor film with major emphasize on Thanos.

Thor was constantly driven to kill Thanos ever since the 1st Act & when it ultimately boiled-down to climatic fight, Thor literally hijacked every superheroes.

Gotta say. This film alone makes-up for the Thor trilogy, makin them look like rubbish by comparison

I wish her super-powers were exploited more efficiently.

She could literally ROFL stomp everyone except Thanos, yet the directors choose to bog her down with Vision etc

I personally dont care much bout her character. Hell, I dont give a crap bout most of GOTG casts except Nebula (LOVE KARREN GILLAN), Rocket & Groot.

With films like critically acclaimed psychological thriller Hereditary & family-friendly Incredibles 2, I suspect IW would sustain much longer
