A fine example of a guy who knows whats he's doing. I always believe it's not the equipment, it's when and how you shot it. Outstanding!!
I bought a F40fd because I cant find the F31fd (plus whis one a bit smaller too). Plus I think I dont really need the manual control since I'm an absolute rookie. I really need to go out more and shoot goddamnit!!! If you can give me some pointers on how to extract the max out of my F40fd I'll be eternally grateful. Worth nothing that the f40fd is my first ever digicam |

Today me and yAu yAu went to Shah Alam for photo shooting. We have chosen Shah Alam famous mosque and shooting from Shah Alarm Lake. Actually we want to shoot sunset but today was raining and quite cloudy. Besides shooting with our DSLR, I didn't forget this little monster.
So, this HDR photo was taken by Fuji F31fd and was merged with 3 different exposures (-2, 0, +2) by Photomatix. 044. Today I had a late evening conference call in the office. As I was looking out the window on my right, there's this very nice sunset. Without hesitation, I took out my F31fd to capture this moment.

This photo taken while my nephew playing my Nintendo DS Taiko no Tatsujin DS. I have applied Orton effect and desaturated the color (-30) to get this effect.

I am totally agree with you regarding the Shah Alam Mosque, the picture taken just right after a shower, the scenery and building looks quite dull |

ok some tips that i read from the DCM malaysia last month issue...
they say that take the picture during the evening... just before the sky turns all dark and when the lights are turned on... so i guess that will be about 7 smth at your place? but sincei dont stay at shah alam i dunno... must be very precise... 20minutes gave drastic changes to the pics... |
