Sad for the home owners, Parklane supposed to be an affordable condo. Now full of African and rempits at night, not unusual to see thief running away from KK Marts with liquors.

Too many investors at oug parklane. Most of them can’t sell, so forced to rent out to Africans. But in the long run, they doomed themselves as the place reputation becomes bad.

Suria Kinrara used to be African village too but I visited a friend last week and surprisingly most of the Africans moved out to OUG Parklane.

Personally knew 3 of my friends who purchased it during launch, so happy when they got the keys as its their first home and starting a new family.
Years later turned to African township  damn sad.

Yup, I got a friend who bought too. He’s stuck with it now. Can’t sell. Rent also not high.

I think the Management have to be strict on this and everyone have to cooperate. It’s not that we want to be racist but the fact is once a place become African village, there’s really no going back.

PETALING JAYA, Aug 26 — “African” tenants at a Bandar Sri Subang condominium here have three months to vacate their units after the building’s management slapped an unprecedented occupancy ban on them last week.

The decision came after the majority of Ridzuan Condominium residents voted in an annual general meeting (AGM) held on July 6 against renting their units to foreigners from the continent, whom they allege to have “caused a lot of nuisance”.

PH shud really do something about this menace.

Yeah... i'm staying suria kinrara, now alot of them move out already, last time they use party at the streets on weekend mid night, like termasuk their country.... but the place really run down already... plan to move out soon..
