Just don't rent to these jokers.

My BIL rented a unit to a Nigerian in cyberjaya.
After he missed payment, he asked for the fella to move out which he then proceed to make a police report.

He moved out eventually but not before wrecking the house and left it with the air-conditioned on for a week or so.....

It's just not worth it.
