Too many investors at oug parklane. Most of them can’t sell, so forced to rent out to Africans. But in the long run, they doomed themselves as the place reputation becomes bad.

Suria Kinrara used to be African village too but I visited a friend last week and surprisingly most of the Africans moved out to OUG Parklane.

Yup, I got a friend who bought too. He’s stuck with it now. Can’t sell. Rent also not high.

I think the Management have to be strict on this and everyone have to cooperate. It’s not that we want to be racist but the fact is once a place become African village, there’s really no going back.

It's difficult for OUG Parklane because the density in that area is too high. Very difficult to control.

My condo nearly became African village/China students hostel too but our Management got very strict with the property agents. The key is controlling the property agents but nowadays times are bad, so its harder to control the agents. At one time, we even banned property agents from entering the condo without the actual owners.

Yup, that's the aftermath of becoming African village. After they leave, the place become rundown and the reputation is lost.
