One thing need change is the middle passenger seat, hard plastic cushion cannot seat one !!

Hi All, new x70 user here. After much tinkering on getting easy connect working, now it is working. My question is do you guys have problems using netflix on easycon?

It works on my HP but not on the x70 display. Youtube works on the other hand. Cheers!

im still contemplating whether to get the CBU or wait for CKD... i really prefer the boyue pro interior... hopefully will come as FL or something... but at the same time, scared that CKD quality will be much worst than CBU... hence the dilemma... i dont mind waiting... just hand itchy since current car already paid off...

We can judge the proton local cars in 2019, such as persona, iriz and saga, we know the improvement is essential. Geely is doing a great job on proton.
By this judgement, we may say the CKD won't be a disappointment, if it could maintain that QC.

@vincent818 bro, what's the package that you currently have?

the dct combo with 1.5T is the new engine to replace the existing 1.8T & 6 gear auto of most geely new model.
considering they designed it under the volvo supervision, hopefully there are no issue for reliability.

however, we still did not know how the maintenance requirement of this DCT. will it need relatively expensive service as per DSG VW? or will it follow Hyundai DCT/ Honda DCT where it is relatively cheaper than VW?

good to hear this... since X70 is part of Geely bloodline, hopefully they will take extra care on QC... then i guess i will most probably wait for CKD la...

hopefully it will be like Hyundai DCT, hardly heard any issues from them... 1st batch of CKD will be end of this year right? then probably i wait for 2nd batch...

Shares the same as Volvo T3. However based on what I heard its not satisfactory, . Even Volvo uses the T3 on their lower end of XC40 range. which is why boyue pro, they've gone back to 1.8T w/ DCT.
