Geely Boyue PRO with the revised exterior and interior. So far only the outside has some clear shots but the interior is very different from the outgoing X70 based on spy photos.

Available engines are either 1.8T+6AT or a 1.5T+7DCT. Equipment and specs are unknown yet but it's expected to be improved over the existing one. Launch is reported to be Q2 this year in China.

Front looks much better on this new version imo. Very Mazda CX-5 vibes from the grille/headlights. This could end up being the X70 facelift if the agreement of the NL-3 platform extends to this new one as well.

Based on the leaked info (not sure how real), there are two engine option ie the existing 1.8TGDI 6AT and 1.5T 7 speed DCT. if this is the case, you can test drive both type of engine.

But not sure the ADAS will be offered to which variant. Is it only for Premium model? Will the 1.8TGDI get the Premium variant? So far there is no actual announcement made. Based on the leaked info, only 1.5T will have the Premium variant.

according to some spy shot, the interior will have some changes compared to current x70. At least the gear stick which look similar to boyue pro. The rest look the same for me

Durability not sure but in term of better fc is there as it use 3 cylinder turbo 1.5 engine.  Coupled it with DCT

yes lesser output for 1.5T vs 1.8T. however it will compensate (acceleration wise) with the DCT.
Hopefully the DCT is reliable enough (Hyundai can make it reliable, also as Honda DCT in hybrid) and plus with relatively cheap for maintenance of it. VW DSG maintenance is killing during major services.

We can judge the proton local cars in 2019, such as persona, iriz and saga, we know the improvement is essential. Geely is doing a great job on proton. 
By this judgement, we may say the CKD won't be a disappointment, if it could maintain that QC.

the dct combo with 1.5T is the new engine to replace the existing 1.8T & 6 gear auto of most geely new model.
considering they designed it under the volvo supervision, hopefully there are no issue for reliability.

however, we still did not know how the maintenance requirement of this DCT. will it need relatively expensive service as per DSG VW? or will it follow Hyundai DCT/ Honda DCT where it is relatively cheaper than VW?
