Dont want to ask them directly first cuz they will put you with a sales consultant and not let you go after you've sign a contract (speaking from experience)

yeah setahun. like I said my rate is discounted.

okay cool.. good to know as a baseline. im on guavapass now, rm239 per month for 10 classes. but thinking to do more weightlifting hence signing up on gym rather than just do classes

This was TF or any other gym. Hence why I go for FF sebab rate dia standard. Of course can get discount from either corporate rate or credit card deduction or through other means but FF/CF rate now dah lama standard rate.

1. Towel
2. Most bukak at 6.30 and close at 11.
3. Freeflow coffee, tea. And they provide milk.
4. Hot shower.
5. Value added service like free body lotion/hair gel, sauna/steam room etc.

If you AIA member got 30% discount but must hit 24 times one quarter.
