Correct. If you don't want dual access you get 20% + 30%.
If dual access only 30%.

and if you one lump sum payment another discount 8%

once you add up all these discounts your monthly fee less than RM 100 for platinum status

but if u manage to hit 250 points (just 2 visits to gym/week), can get free TGV tickets x2/month which offset the rm10 monthly fee
