Also work with my mix 2 in QC capable.
Just make sure do not charges with PD together, otherwise it's not support QC for any smartphone.

Some of my PD collections, for laptops at least the minimum with 20v/1.5A (30w) PD.
For those 15v/3A Max cannot be use for any laptops, just the tablets only.

Except Apple charger with 20v/1.5A, no issue for laptop charging.

Ugreen do have one 45W+12W one though.

But I generally have powerbanks for my phone, so I settled for 65W single PD port model (at the same price as above), due to reasons below:

1. My previous experience with Xiaomi 45W charger hadn’t been too good. It’s getting real hot when my lappy is charging. I guess it’s straining the charger to its capacity, so if I went to 65W one, it should operate with less heat/higher efficiency.

2. 65W charger is rare stuff. It is also the typical wattage for most laptops with discrete GPU. In short, I’m seeing 65W charged as a more future proof long term investment than a 45W one, LOL.

for XPS 15, it's able to detect 65w charging... if USB-PD pass through USB Hub, then 10w will be drawn away by the hub. Normal usage no problem however, when I start Dota2 with GTX1050, then power icon will turn to "X" indicating "not charging"... the Thinkpad charger can be hot when the laptop is charging... normal temperature when laptop fully charged.

hi. i'm currently using a laptop that comes with a USB 3.1 Gen. 1 (Type-C) Port. But it cannot be used to charge the laptop. This is confirmed by the vendor, and the only way to charge the laptop is via the DC-in Jack, as pic below.

Attached Image

Would like to ask. If there any way i can charge my laptop using a powerbank? Is there a 3rd-party cable that can connect the powerbank to the DC-in jack? Your expertise is much appreciated.

The laptop comes with a "Full Range AC-in 100~240V, 50~60Hz, 120W" AC Adapter. The battery size is 63Wh

Is the following cables compatible ? Your recommendation on a suitable powerbank and cable is very much appreciated.

Many thanks.

ThinkPad charger 65W vs Xiaomi 65W PD
Size and weight can save half, if you going for outdoor.
Just bring 3 pins adapter will do.

Anyone has experience in using the power delivery power bank for macbook Air with Magsafe 2 connector?

Theoretically, if i can get a USB C - Magsafe 2 connector cable, then I should be able to use PD for the Mac.

Looking good but the down side is when you want to recharge it - even using Aukey PD power adapter 45w it takes 10h 15m to fully charge it.
Aukey PB-Y7 recharge it using the same power adapter only takes 50% less time .
But the price of the PB-Y7 is ... lol

Zmi recently released a new 65w charger measuring 50mm x 50mm x 28mm and weighing 95.7g.
No one is importing it yet and the official store in taobao doesn't ship it overseas. cry.gif
Any other way to get it or just wait?

usb 1.. yippy finally can slow charge overnight when outstation.

the cover is hard plastic with a book cover feel design. slightly prone to finger print
the ports side is fine.
what i dont like is the two otherside. feels cheap and looks flimsy thin plastic. but then again rm115.. cant complain much.
the size is about any car fob thick.. with total dimension equal to 3 x iPhone X/XS/11 pro

should be good but definately have to be careful with that two sides. the book cover should stop anything hitting it directly.

weight because of its wide dimensions u dont really feel it.
my sony 20+k mah feels way bulkier.

this part is what i meant looks like soft plastic. not sure y.
the pb didnt really heat up in that 2hrs + pd charge

the weight seriously kindda deceptive. u wont think its heavy because of that weird centre of gravity with its large surface area.

heck it feels like i am holding my two iphones.

this da weird one.. rated was max 18watt.. so was expecting 12w with da usb to lightning.. but got around 9w only.... tested to my phone its getting close to 12w.. so aint charger issue...
user posted image

also tested was apple 5watt charger.. u cannot charge this PB with it.

so hmm wondering how to get even 12w on da ipad lightning charger... is da powerbank restricting it ?? or its some leveling thing.. the powerbank was at 90% when i was testing it...

Hi all... Apologies if intruding however, this seems like a decent place to drop my review of the Ugreen 65W GaN Charger & the Ugreen 10,000mAh Power bank... I'm open to constructive criticisms on how to improve or if you've got feedback to be sent directly to UGREEN.. I might be able to help there too... Thanks.

does it means if I want to get 65W stable, I must find another device to charge in parallel?

Based on the table given, ur theory is correct...

But, me's hypothesis is towards no need to pair with other device... just use the USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 port... both will auto-adapt to 65W even though they can go up to 100W...

Digging more info via YouTube now...

Both USB-C 1 and 2 support PPS 65W... (but need to ensure the USB-C cable also supports PPS protocol...)

There is variable 3.3-21v 3a support... I hope it's good...

I'm done... Will order the UK plug during next promotion. Currently using Lenovo 65w gan charger but the 2 pin US plug is driving me crazy especially plug it to wall socket...

Me prefer this extension compared to prong adapter (around RM1) because it can be used anywhere if the wall plug is far from table... small enuff to fit in backpack and easy to store as the cord is not tangled...

The 120W ProLink is 50g lighter. It also supports both PD and PPS on all USB-C ports.

Me also found that the ProLink is just warm to touch compared to UGreen which obviously hotter than ProLink when charging the same device for 1 hour...

Finally, the UGreen USB-C ports are too close to each other. Very difficult to remove cables.

The price is not as "logical" compared to the Prolink 100W Desktop Charger which is certified by SIRIM...

UGreen never have SIRIM certification...

UGreen used to be the "popular" electronic accessories (thanx to paid online Influencers...) but ever since they jacked up the price almost 2 times from the launching price, me never can give viable reasons on "influencing" friends to get UGreen stuffs...

Yea, we were lucky to get it early before the price hike. I guess the chip issue also affected the GAN chargers cost...

Right now I'm also looking at the kind of table top desktop charger... Sometimes those cafe wall plug really quite loose. This heavy charger is not suitable for loosened wall socket.

These kind of power strips are scary because the cord is usually substandard.
Minimum regulations for the cord (on a power strip) should be min 1.25mm² cable thickness based on the power strips with SG Safety Mark here.. those with substandard cable cannot pass

Wow, didn't know this thread actually exists over here.
Ya, I do feel like Ugreen accessories price jack up quite alot in recent years.
Their brand become pretty well known nowadays. Chip shortage and inflation, but double the launch price is blood sucker lol.

Compare to prolink, Ugreen actually pretty well known among ppl.

Usually I will compare Anker and Ugreen for charger. Ofcoz Anker is a lot more expensive.
I have a 60W 5 port USB-A charger bought it 5 years ago. Still rocking.

Right now, we are transitioning into USB-C charger. Maybe in 1 or 2 years I will upgrade to USB-C charger. Since most of the mobile devices are going to use type-c in the future.

This time will definitely consider Prolink.

I use a Baseus 100W Charger, could be considered

Mine is the "Gan2" one which has 4 ports and uses a 2pin plug
its fine, only downside is it will block the next outlet that's beside it
Unless you have a device with an ultra slim plug (like those that come with kdk fans), then it manages to fit perfectly under it
