Almost perfect GAN charger but strangely it doesn't support charging at 65W output.

FYI...

Thanks for more info. I was commenting based on the following picture.
does it means if I want to get 65W stable, I must find another device to charge in parallel?
*
Based on the table given, ur theory is correct...

But, me's hypothesis is towards no need to pair with other device... just use the USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 port... both will auto-adapt to 65W even though they can go up to 100W...

Digging more info via YouTube now...

Both USB-C 1 and 2 support PPS 65W... (but need to ensure the USB-C cable also supports PPS protocol...)

There is variable 3.3-21v 3a support... I hope it's good...

I'm done... Will order the UK plug during next promotion. Currently using Lenovo 65w gan charger but the 2 pin US plug is driving me crazy especially plug it to wall socket...

Can get cheaper offline at Mr. DIY shop....

Me prefer this extension compared to prong adapter (around RM1) because it can be used anywhere if the wall plug is far from table... small enuff to fit in backpack and easy to store as the cord is not tangled...

Me's hypothesis was valid... UGreen's 100W GaN single USB-C port does support 65W power delivery, no need to pair with other ports or devices:

Yeah...kind of shock to see price increase...demand is high...

But, me won't recommend UGreen anymore becoz Prolink 120W GaN Charger is way better for the same price range...

The 120W ProLink is 50g lighter. It also supports both PD and PPS on all USB-C ports.

Me also found that the ProLink is just warm to touch compared to UGreen which obviously hotter than ProLink when charging the same device for 1 hour...

Finally, the UGreen USB-C ports are too close to each other. Very difficult to remove cables.

This charger is OEM. Same like other 100W charger. The only difference is whether it supports PPS or not.

Did you consider another Ugreen product before? This has longer wires for better reach.

The price is not as "logical" compared to the Prolink 100W Desktop Charger which is certified by SIRIM...

UGreen never have SIRIM certification...

UGreen used to be the "popular" electronic accessories (thanx to paid online Influencers...) but ever since they jacked up the price almost 2 times from the launching price, me never can give viable reasons on "influencing" friends to get UGreen stuffs...

Almost twice the launching price...Kalah harga rumah property...LOL...

Now, me sold all UGreen stuffs to neighbors and friends at 50% from current market price which is the price me bought a few months back...kind of "pulang balik modal"

Thanks for sharing. Didn't know that. Makes sense.. If this is the case, might go for the Prolink 120W with a 2M wire for reach.

Not 120W... it's 100W and with PPS...

The 120W not with SIRIM certification? I checked, the Prolink 120W same price as the Ugreen 100W.

Would you recommend the Prolink 100W or 120W?
*
That 120W is plugged directly to wall outlet... the 100W has 2m power extension...

All Prolink accessories are SIRIM certified (unless not stated...)

Yea, we were lucky to get it early before the price hike. I guess the chip issue also affected the GAN chargers cost...

Right now I'm also looking at the kind of table top desktop charger... Sometimes those cafe wall plug really quite loose. This heavy charger is not suitable for loosened wall socket.
*
Me bring this along...very lightweight...

These kind of power strips are scary because the cord is usually substandard.
Minimum regulations for the cord (on a power strip) should be min 1.25mm² cable thickness based on the power strips with SG Safety Mark here.. those with substandard cable cannot pass

Not meant for high-powered devices... don't use it for microwave, kettle, fridge, etc...
