there will be a day that you'll need to use normal data (expensive), live chat with them that you should NOT purchase any unlimited data in that day. Otherwise, you will not get your free pass.

Kind of a trap, but still good to get another one for free.
In that day, just use another SIM to buy one-day unlimited.
Added another RM5 for a free week still VERY GOOD.

BTW, has anyone bought daily unlimited data on 12.12, and get one free today?

I'm NOT getting the free even after 24 hours passed.
Live chat with them, saying mine will be given at 09.15am, I waited till then, still nothing.
Then, live chat to them again, saying to file a report and need to wait 1~3 days.

It seems unifi mobile is just CHEATING 12.12 promo.

Waiting an hour for the free one to kick in, but still nothing, and consumed up all my high speed data, hence I needed to buy another weekly for RM20.
And then, unifi mobile CS updated to me that i have bought one and so the free one will be activated after my current one ended at 27 Dec. I received an email confirmation as well.
So, just wait till next week and see if I would get the free one or not. smile.gif

Unifi mobile prepaid - ALL unlimited Bebas add-ons are capped speed at 7mbps DL and UL.
It also depends on location.

I didn't say it's not good. In fact, I like this unifi mobile greatly, it's stable and affordable. I really hope this Bebas unlimited data add-ons would last a very looooooong time.

I got my 12.12 promo free pass today. It's valid till 3 Jan 2019.
Too bad RM55 promo ends on 2 Jan 2019.
I wonder if we can buy any add-on since the free pasd is not shown on dashboard?

Since their CS would say use devices that support BAND 5, I think unifi mobile band 5 shall be available everywhere.
BTW, band 5 alone is NOT BAD and could reach 20+mbps.

Definitely you're correct.
Unifi mobile CS and their website FAQs say ONLY use band 5 devices.
So, i think they might adding another "band 5 with 10mhz" as expansion.
Just like Celcom, Celcom has TWO band 3 in my home area, just different 15mhz and 20mhz.

Anyone knows why the weekly / daily / 2-hours unlimited data add-ons has disappeared?
Currently, only see ONE RM55/month unlimited data.
Is unifi mobile going to stop offering these add-ons?

You could be right.
Maybe, unifi mobile app has some glitch.
Or, they're pushing people to buy the promo plan.
Just hope they'll be back after this promo offer ended.

The deduction for calling is 1min/block.
60min could be finished up very fast.

1min/block = deduction for 1minute for usage between 1-59 seconds.
For example: 10seconds only call will deduct 1min quota, 1.03 minutes will deduct 2min quotas.

Probably, incompatible network card issue.
My PC can connect to my Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, but cannot connect Samsung Galaxy A7.
I changed the wifi adapter, then my PC can connect both phones smoothly.
