hi, anyone facing speed down problem?
normaly speed around 10mbs....tis few day 1-2mbs.....
*
I don't have problem, just will be a bit slow (5-6mbps) at certain time (±30minutes) maybe due to congestion.
Still acceptable since its 'ping' would be stable.

Maybe your area has some maintenance.
Or, hoping it's some upgrading to your area, just try your high speed/free data to see if there's any improvement.

I'm now on Bebas monthly RM55 since 15 Sep till now 24 Sep, my usage around 93gb as of now. Still could get 10mbps DL & 6mbps UL. Although at certain short time it would a bit slow in acceptable way.
Maybe more n more people is on unifi mobile now, congestion started to arise.
Let's hope unifi mobile would expand to be another competitive telco.

After transfer ownership, do we still have to wait 30days before port back again?
*
YES.
For any new line, there's a 30-days cooling off period. If postpaid, you'll need to pay a one-time stamp duty of RM10 as well.

QUOTE(kimchi2potato @ Sep 30 2018, 06:17 PM)
BEBAS plan doesn't stack but still can still subscribe to a different BEBAS plan?

Since today is the last day to subscribe to the RM55 plan and my RM20 plan expire tomorrow, can I still subscribe to RM55 and once my RM20 expire it will continue with RM55 plan?
*
No, you can only subscribe another add-on after your current ended.
No add-ons are stackable (same or different), finger-cross that it continues its offer.

me 2... speed range 6mbps to 8 mbps
*
I’m on bebas RM55 now with speed of 7+mbps as well.
Are ALL BEBAS unlimited plans get further throttled?
Probably, unifi mobile is getting more and more subscribers. Still, with the words "limited time offer", these unlimited data add-ons could end anytime.
Fingercrossed it would last longer.

5 SIM --> 3 SIM --> 1 SIM

Some more:-
I remembered that the Bebas unlimited was uncapped speed (on May) -> capped speed 10mbps -> now capped speed 7+mbps.
Well, still cheaper and acceptable though.

staff get paid to read script
if say otherwise lose job salary.

not up to what they promise, jump.
same example by political leaders too.

Yeah, TM CSs are NOT stupid, but just practice to tell what they're told.

Like you said, if we don't like, we may go.
You think they're not the only telco, while they think you're not the only user. smile.gif

Are you sure ,lower and lower speed ? 10mbps => 7mbps => 5 Mbps ? I am not home, anyone can confirm ?
*
I'm now on RM55/month and I still can get 7.5mbps DL and 6mbps UL at the moment.
I think his/her place is getting more users (congestion). If we look at his/her upload, it still got 7mbps.
So, I don't think it's another further capped.
Growing users, that's why Unifi Mobile limits ONE number per IC ONLY.

QUOTE(Ngto @ Nov 19 2018, 08:06 AM)
Things are back to normal for unlimited this morning . Speed is back to 7.5 Mbps.

Statement from TM on the incident (copied from the Star):-

TM Internet services down due to multiple fibre cut incidents

PETALING JAYA: Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ has announced that its Internet services have been down since Saturday (Nov 17) night due to multiple fibre cable cut incidents by third-party contractors in Sentul and Sabak Bernam.

In a statement late Sunday (Nov 18) night, it said that its services – unifi, Streamyx, unifi Mobile as well as wholesale services in Central, Northern, and Eastern regions, as well as Sabah and Sarawak, have been disrupted since 11pm on Saturday.

“We would like to update that service restoration activities are currently in progress and are expected to be completed at 6am on Monday (Nov19),” it said, apologising for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
*
Well, even "cable cut incident" would affect Unifi Mobile too. I thought it depends on telco tower (wireless) hmm.gif .
Anyways, lucky anything is back to normal now. rclxms.gif

Unifi Mobile is prepaid, how come you got credit balance left?
And, it doesn't have monthly bill statement, right?
Are you actually referring to Unifi Mobile?

Oh, I forgot it has postpaid too.
Well, unifi mobile prepaid is more attractive with unlimited hotspot as well though capped speed.

The minimum is RM10 right?
*
Yes, the minimum reload is RM10.
My area has only band 5, still capable of 7.7mbps DL & UL (capped speed), it's can reach 20+mbps with its high speed but expensive data. smile.gif
Anyway, it's cheaper n better than Shitmyx in my area which has no fibre network.
