I just got the

RM0.00 unifi: Stay actively #BEBAS on your line. Make a call, send a text, watch a movie! Continue to use and enjoy the non-expiring credit benefits.

This was after using mobile data since mid-Jan (just used it yesterday to keep it valid)
Does that mean I haven't resarted the 90 day cycle yet (and it'll become invalid by mid April) or am I just paranoid and the message has no meaning?

They just want to frighten people to use more data.

True. I think they automatically and purposely send the sms to tempt us to use more their services. I received the same sms today even though i had made a call on 1 march.

Unifi Mobile already had LTE-A on band 40 so you might not be actually connecting to Celcom 4G network.
Could you confirm the band?
*

all unifi mobile coverage is Band 5 ; certain location is Band 38 & 40 ; meaning, if you use Band 40 only phone; not all area is covered

the one you see in coverage map is band 5

LOL every telco in Malaysia has "fair usage policy", of course they are gonna throttle p2p. If not everyone will take up the bandwidth.

Not really. Digi I know don't block P2P except for Infinite plans.
I used Maxis before and it doesn't block too.

AFAIK in Malaysia, only unlimited mobile data plans throttles P2P speeds. There is no P2P throttle done in almost all mobile plans with quota and fixed line internet plans. It is likely that you use Bebas Unlimited internet plans which do throttle P2P.

i cannot use data.
today, on ldp from ikea to atria... couldn't even get 3g...4g don't even need to think.

only reason I keep it active is 2nd number to use on mudah / carousell / etc... else I wouldn't even bother using it.

I just gave you an indication only, so just wait patiently. You should also receive an email saying goodbye to you, by then should indicate it's done.
