Sorry if this question is asked a lot. Is the unifi bebas plan (rm20 per week) speed capped? or is it unlimited?

Just got hold of my free starter pack.

I would like to know if the Data consumption is charged at 1 MB blocks like all others.

basically, I turn on phone for a short while, and turn it off... I am charged 1 MB even if I only used 10kB.

OR

My phone moved from One Telecommunication TOWER to the next TOWER, I will be charged a new 1 MB block, even if my total actual usage in only 100KB across the two towers. Therefore 2 MB deducted. Thus using waze on it would not be a good idea.

thanks.

the #bebas data MB block, i not sure. But when i switch to unifi data, consumption very high / fast if compare the other telco. Just using awhile whatsapp no download, 100MB was gone.

they deduct 100MB straight and will return you afterwards.

for eg you connect to their network used 1mb
they will deduct 100MB at first and return 99MB afterterward

My phone supported LTE band 5, 38 and 40, tested at home for prepaid Unifi only get max 14 mbps download with average around 8 mbps. If I subscribe of Unifi line, will the speed get better with the Huawei router?

The RM79 package have speed limit?

unlimited is speed capped.

rm79 is fiber line and it is clearly stated as 30mbps.

btw, this thread is for unifi mobile.

Today for the 1st time, I received Unifi emails for each of my 4 Unifi Mobile accounts stating that a couple of the #Bebas numbers have been inactive for 80 days and will be terminated on a certain date, exactly 3 months from the last time I use them for SMS. Finally Unifi has taken actions.

hi all, would like to have an advise as im having issue to hotspot my unifi prepaid data.
1) my phone is dual sim - 1 is maxis, 1 is unifi
2) unifi has been configured as primary/preferred cellular data.
3) data quota is available for 3G and LTE.
4) no issue accessing to Internet via unifi on the phone.

the issue now is, when my laptop connect to my phone and it get connected, but couldn't access to Internet, what could be the problem?

Probably, incompatible network card issue.
My PC can connect to my Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, but cannot connect Samsung Galaxy A7.
I changed the wifi adapter, then my PC can connect both phones smoothly.
