Guys, currently I'm using huawei mifi modem(that comes with Webe Broadband when sign up) and thinking of purchasing a router.
Quick search for webe broadband compliant router points to DLink DWR921. Is there any alternative out there that is better than this one or at least on par? If I can't find any then I'll get this DLink. Thanks.

QUOTE(khk1987 @ Sep 7 2018, 09:52 AM) Any news that reload sst 6% is waived? I reload yesterday evening, no SST anymore. I wish that TM would announce about it like other telco. I know Celcom did. This post has been edited by MRaef: Sep 7 2018, 11:35 AM

Is it free to activate roaming for Unifi mobile prepaid? Cause I anticipate might want to do bank transaction, so would need tac number. And also, how long does this activation last?
Last time with Celcom, they just turned it on, and said receiving the tac number sms wont have charges.
Unifi mobile agent didn't mention the charge to activate roaming, but said, receiving the sms will have rm0.50 charge.
Can anyone verify?
Edit: Oh, apparently there's an "International Roaming" option in the mobile@unifi app's settings. Just need to turn that on. Then when you receive the sms, they'll deduct the charge from your account balance.
So activating it is easy/free, but receiving sms has charges, depending on which country you're at.

for the 1gb 3g/lte + 1gb lte addon, the lte data used is from the lte portion first before 3g/lte right?
free lte > 1gb lte > 1gb 3g/lte?

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Sep 11 2018, 08:29 PM) You may consider a smartphone. I'm using Redmi 5 plus for tethering Unifi mobile, 1 charge can last for a day use. So a phone to replace a modem. More functional. good idea. What smartphone with the 4G bandwidth the cheapest with long lifespan do you suggest then? Your phone about rm500. Low budget here. Anyway I tested the internet on my friend phone, very slow with 4G. Probably wont proceed
