So now that got sst for prepaid, I wonder how will tm change their reload system. If u reload rm10 meams u only get rm9.40

So this afternoon I tried again, same results as last night - throttled.

Direct download still OK as usual but it's going to be hard to get your favorite drama now, be it Asian or US drama.

Some said to me to use VPN but I'm not spending another 30~50 ringgit per month for my 2nd line. I rather use my home line for torrenting instead.

Extra data seems too little compared to the amount of tax being deducted, no?

They could try to give us the data according to the amount we reload like RM50 for 500mb, RM100 for 1GB for example.

Can reload RM5 only? I though at least RM10?
Also, the usual UnifiMobile bebas faq page is directed to TM faq page, guessing new changes as in more expensive price. I am stupid to miss it.

Before GST mobile operators just absorbed the sales and service tax.
With the introduction of GST they passed on the tax before being pressured into giving what we used to get ie. full amount.
Now with reintroduction of SST they want to pass the cost to their customers again?

If there's enough viral, complains like during the GST introduction last time they probably change it, again. But so far not many care about it.

most telco giving out freebies which worth much more than the 6%. and ppl like to see the small picture, there are many other things that are not taxed yet they don’t realise.

SST tax. They don't refund cash rebate, but give you free data 😉

You want unlimited , buy add-on 20/- for 1 week unlimited. Don't know free extra 1 week offer still on or not.

i think quite a few ppl shared that lge said u get what u pay for prepaid topup. but not sure why it turned up this way. perhaps monday will be clearer.
