btw, i just notice there are 4 version. L19, L14, L04, AL00.

L19 & L14 not support any of Band 5, 38 & 40
L04 will only support Band 5
AL00 will support Band 38 & 40.

i think the one that you saw is AL00.

Mine iis L19 and I am connected via band40. I was surprised too but, this is my second unifi sim, now. Fortunately, my office is Melaka has band 40. At home, I can't connect to LTE at all.. but it's ok as I have unifi.

Yes. I already ported out three no., now left with two which I didn't reload but will use on and off.

Been using unifi mobile for good 3 months.
Overall not that good.

Otp always slow, especially at night time, this is the most headache one, buy stuff use cc, transfer money all delayed or need redo.
Volte call, 1st dial always no tone nothing happen, need redial.
Coverage not that good.
Internet speed slow even 4g.

But i got very nice number from unifi tho.

Are they giving public IP or its private IP assigned so some non standard port wont work?

So I updated my mobile@unifi app to 2.4.0 today which is the latest version, found out that it won't open or crash as soon as I tried to launch it. Read the review on GApps, many people having the same issue.

Question here, is there a way to revert back to previous version of the app? Since the only way to reload this line is through the app and app is broken as it is now.

I really don't want to spend half work day tomorrow to go down to TMPoint just to reload.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Yes a few times already, cleared cache too. Thing is it's not only me having the issue. I guess I have to go down to TMPoint to reload then.

luckily got a spare iPhone around, the ios version is working. try to borrow a iPhone from your friend and family if your want to reload , after reload can uninstall the app

unifi bebas must reload using app. that what tm staf said when take my sim card.

V2.3.2 to V2.4.0 is a big update. no wonder some user have isue. V2.4.1 will fix some new bug.

It auto updated from Play Store this morning to 2.4.1, no issue of crashing.

Still crash for me even with the latest update. Judging from the comments, looks like I'm not alone.
