Hi to all the sifus here, I would like to find out any suggestions on where i can find a nice place to stay in KL. Prefarably near lrt (or any other public transport) and have good living environment.

My budget is from RM150k-RM200k, preferably condominiums.

There's no under RM200k apartment around MidV area lah. smile.gif

If you ask this question 3 years ago, The Heritage at Mines would be a good buy.

Why? 1st, u can take KTM to MidV for work. The Heritage is just 10 mins walking distance from KTM station.

2nd, the developer fry the selling price. My friend bought a unit for RM140k when the project was launched. 2 days ago, he sold it for RM250k. After deducting the legal fees & stamp duty, he profited RM100k.

To me, wangsa maju to Mid Valley isn't that far. Either u can take LRT or even driving is not a problem. Probably u haven't know the route to Mid Valley yet? hahaa ... But just my opinion .... With your budget and if u wanna stay near Mid Valley, a bit hard lo ....
Perhaps you can consider those apartments in Kota Damansara Area? I never did any research on that area ....

Why don't you make a trip there around say 9-10pm.
The best way to know the area.

200k is quite limited budget for KL condo, unless you get really small size < 800 sq ft.

Better just look at classifieds and see your options.

Bingo you hit the jackpot biggrin.gif There are a few condo/apt for his budget. Used Tmn Desa since it's well known, and that's why 'around' and 'area' are used too smile.gif

*btw - these condo/apt's use Tmn Desa in their address if you didn't know yet.
