There's no under RM200k apartment around MidV area lah. If you ask this question 3 years ago, The Heritage at Mines would be a good buy.
Why? 1st, u can take KTM to MidV for work. The Heritage is just 10 mins walking distance from KTM station.
2nd, the developer fry the selling price. My friend bought a unit for RM140k when the project was launched. 2 days ago, he sold it for RM250k. After deducting the legal fees & stamp duty, he profited RM100k.
