Buying a new house, which location/place??

Hi to all the sifus here, I would like to find out any suggestions on where i can find a nice place to stay in KL. Prefarably near lrt (or any other public transport) and have good living environment.
My budget is from RM150k-RM200k, preferably condominiums.

but isn't it quite jam to drive from Setapak to Mid valley?
anyone know any nice place in Bangsar?
I believe there is quite a number of ppl who is interested in finding the right place in Kl.
Let's share some opinions abt the living environment in our current living place.
