Are you sure ? My live prepaid 2017 have option change plan to best 2017
where got sms ? you must enter the wrong key.

Dont trust 100% digi website. I told you digi LTE coverage map for Johor is fake blink.gif Place map say no coverage already have LTE since 2 years ago. And Digi center Batu Pahat Jalan Zabedah address is correct but map position is wrong cry.gif drool.gif

if so, I would say maybe MNP ones can't able to change plan ? ...

Discrimination. The MNP tag is like identity of outsider, never considered loyal customer.

Anyway, I have been with digi many many years since the first day I used hp with same number, loyalty is nothing special in digi. Probably they dont have this word in their business vocab.

Well it’s still considered as unlimited as it does not advertise as unlimited quota and unlimited speed all the time.

I just got a notification from MyDigi app offering 30GB for RM15. But I can't find where in the app it is. And I'm not sure whether this is for my postpaid or prepaid account.

Got a love hate relationship with Malaysian telco companies. Love to advertise unlimited but then fine print or hidden somewhere, there is a limit. Why can't they just tell it out front loud and clear? Apa susah?

I checked with my Digi contact, it is for all apps just that they have collaboration with YouTube hence explicitly mentioned YouTube. It is a good deal yo. biggrin.gif

when did you last change plan? someone did report about a week ago that digi stopped allowing prepaid live from changing plan.

someone @ digi prepaid dealer said can change live to best. digi number. mnp number dont know.
