What's on Best compared to Live...? I can't find any mention of Best on Digi webbie...

to get the 1gb freebie, you need to make calls totaling rm1 to those countries that supply foreign labour to malaysia.

did you make the idd calls?

digi best still available at some handpone shop. think like limited stock. most shop sell live only.

Mm.. I see digi live benifits not much too, calls abit pricy hope they will bring back digi best and those existing using digi best can downgrade plans n upgrade which ever they like I still prefer the one moth vadility rm8.

Last week I call they say once upgrade to Digi live can't downgrade to Digi best agian, I hope digi let customers more freedom cause.

For me here I want downgrade my digi best 2017 to old version if they let me..

I think switch to existing latest plan shud be available for public for more flexibility.

But switch to old plan is a NO for telco perspective.
IT team will need to check every plan back to 199x from the day digi exist if they need to migrate to new platform/expansion/disaster recovery etc

U Mobile is better when doing this. Almost forcing everyone go to latest or at least back to previous version but not to OLD version.
