How to disable the voice mail ? Can be done thru digi app ?

I remember having done it with USSD code.

Dial *128# > Digi Rewards & Services> Voicemail > Service & Package > Deactivate Voicemail/Visual Voicemail & Notify Me > Confirm

Just checked my digi ussd code there is no voice mail activated. No option to disable, only activate selection.

Oversea can use USSD code? If yes, will roaming charges apply?

Different plan different path. My Account is no.2 for me but I still can't find.
Anyway, I already disabled it since day 1.

Same to me ever time I registered for new network. And good thing is Digi have the miss call notification without voicemail

Just have a live chat with digi. Digi have two type of voice mail. Voicemail and voicemail roaming which is two different services. I have disable the voicemail but when i roam abroad the voicemail roaming is activated. Damn it.

ahhh.... after several reports sent to digi, the connection is much improved for this evening compare for the past few days. During the heavy rain, able to achieved more than 5mbps on speedtest.

I just purchased 11Street rm4.99 for rm10 voucher via MyDigi

Kena already just know , better to deactivate this useless feature. Just shoot them earlier for this type of different service and request for waiver as well. Lucky not too much. Thanks to those insurance , credit card , akpk , personal loan , and membership offer calls to rack up those voice mail.

I am using live chat to deactivate the voice mail roaming. Remember to tell them voice main ROAMING as there are two voice mail. Been using telco services for 2 decades plus and only today i know there are two type of voice mail

OK, got my contact in Digi to check. She checked with CS team and confirmed there are two types of voicemails. This has been highlighted to product team and hopefully they will turn off both.

Anyway, can use USSD code to disable it: *128*6*2*8#
Option 5 which is VMS Roaming On (if it is not disabled), then disable it. I tried to do it and I still haven't received confirmation that it is done.

Better check this before you go overseas and call CS to disable it if it is urgent.
