Auto. Looks normal as other phone camera.. quite details overall..


Night shot.. exposure wise doesn't much changes due to no complicated lighting or backlight.. but details seems oversharp and not so natural. Just like photo above sent to snapseed and edited day..

Hmm.. actually auto mode is quite instant one la. Sometimes will prompt to steady the device and perform sharpening. It's controlled by device automatically, no option one.

Night shot may need to hold for few seconds. Usually 4 seconds.. will recommend to use this for lowlight or backlight scenarios. It can adjust exposure and give u overall best exposure automatically..

while people said huawei is the best smartphone currently, i do not agree so even im p20 user.. to be honest, huawei did catch up very fast and gain a lot of attentions among tech reviewers.. from paper wise, it is really one of the top flagships.. but doesnt mean it have all good only..

from camera aspect, it do have many options and got unique leica output and able to deliver quite superior photos.. video wise, the details & quality are not really on par to branded like Apple, Samsung or Sony..

from software wise, not sure about software updates in future.. but indeed got little bugs which may affect some users..

to me, got little regret for bought p20 due to my personal mistakes.. thought got infrared sensor (remote control), stereo speaker.. camera output is great but not natural colour output (Mastered AI), not support power charging auto cutoff. selfie camera always too soft..

but i also appreciate and like on some features like great & support various user options in system, good fingerprint, fast charging, great camera output which quite details..

conclusion, every phone from each manufacturers have pros& cons.. if u are person who looking for overall great camera with quite good of hardware, this may great phone for u.. but if you looking for ultimate good, i also dont know which to recommend.. but definitely is one of flagship on market..

Thanks for same opinion from other forumers.. one thing going to highlight over here is huawei keep mentioned about AI.. I would say nothing can prove whether it's working or how it is benefit from npu.. from camera wise, AI scene detection which is applied by other brands as well without any AI or npu involved. Just a hype to attract consumer only..

Probably there are some details and logic behind this npu but day to day tasks like camera scene detection and won't make the phone lag for long term are pending to observe. But this is marketing..

anyone come from mate 10 series or try USB C to HDMI for easy projection? EMUI desktop mode.

If yes, i want ask any idea of which product able to support this projection & charging our P20 at the same time. Probably like a USB C + hub (i can connect mouse, keyboard and charging back to phone)

So it can charge the phone and use desktop with keyboard mouse at the same time right? Charging is quite significant to me in order to use it for few hours.

Cause I'm thinking to use it at my new house. If it's work then I can utilize my mobile data in order to watch drama over TV without spend extra money on broadband.

never miss in order to swipe for smaller view/one handed mode.. try to swipe nearby the center home button.. dont swipe from Menu recent key.. about center of both button..

yes use stock huawei launcher.. even different launcher also worked.. slide up from corner for?
if you want to get one handed mode, please swipe left or right.. im using soft key navigation wiht additional hide button..

If you do have using soft navigation key? Or use gesture on fingerprint print.. that corner one is only available for gesture mode. If soft navigation keys option, swipe left or right

P20 series camera software delivered quite good output from rear camera.. even at night condition, can get quite good portrait photo.

Hopefully tonight result can excite Malaysian..

my friend who do not know how operate this and took my photo which a bit blur.. but if you know how to handle mobile camera, then it can deliver quite impressive photo..

i jsut tested with my colleagues just now by using auto and portrait mode with bokeh enabled.. No problem and no hang.. so probably software bugs problem that encounter by that FB user.. but my unit is P20. not pro

i do interested.. may i know how much and how long to get it?? so basically need to apply by ourselves right?
