I remember looking at engineering plans that circle line suppose to cover Jalan Gombak area before it was cancelled. Now I’m looking for 2 projects to choose 1, which is Platz Residence & The Birch, both are freehold projects, price not not much diff, but Platz main con will be Kenwingston themselves, can give me some ideas for both workmanship, location and rental? Thanks |
