My Agent told me that almost all the 808sf is sold out in the MCO period. I wonder how people so confident to the property market at such period. The sale is even hot then pre-MCO period. Lol

I saw ads on FB.. one of the Sime Darby projects is giving free 6 months instalment because the property is ready to move in in May 2020..

80%.. A lot sold during MCO.
Depends on how many rooms you want la. But have choice of choosing cashback or full furnished package + some extra cash to be given

KL view sold out.extra cash back 8k,then choose in between package on 30/35k cash rebate or full furnished only.
