4 Acres ka? This is the site next to the Petronas? Sure does not look like 4 acres from outside...maybe cannot see the deeper part I suppose.. Thanks for sharing unit density etc..

Yes. Is the land next 2 Petronas. I was told 3.8acres close to 4 acres...

higher density compare to KL Traders Square. 2550 units over 17 acre = 150 units per acre.
but then again Kenwingston Platz offering smaller 2 bedroom sizes units. KLTS all 3 or more bedrooms.

Jalan Gombak is jam since after KLTS VP. I am using Jalan Gombak to back home from Setapak everyday and traffic is same as Jalan Sentul Pasar now.... bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

jalan Gombak again.. the traffic will be super terrible in coming 3-4 years after those rumawip along jalan Gombak VP-ed.. there is already so so so congested for the road situation, especially every morning.

I can said is terrible as a lot of vehicle park at the road side since there is not enough parking in KLTS.

I'm always way out from setapak, pass thru the setapak green then only reach jalan gombak and heading to kl.
highest peak i had been jammed from my house at jalan langkawi to jalan gombak is 35mins..
after that jalan gombak slightly better until the ramp turning into jalan genting klang, will be more terrible..
