Hi, dear all, so fast to build till 43 level, start thinking how to renovate my unit now😬😬

Last time when i see the show room, my agent told me that the two walls (one wall to separate the kitchen and yard, one wall to separate the kitchen and foyer) can be broken in order to make the kicthen look bigger as what i see in the show room.

Recently i talk to an ID but he told me that the two walls can not be broken during renovation.

Is it true? First time to buy condo, no experience 😅

If the walls are structured wall then definitely cant be broken. Never trust an agent regarding renovations, especially regarding broken walls. This will be subject to the management in the future.
