Just my experience, for those potential buyer pls record all promises from agent or developer to avoid future dispute.

That is why yesterday i argued with him, lucky all r settle now.

Better u check with your agent abt the 2k issue.

Actually not money issue, i just want my agent to keep his promises to me😬

I think different agent gives different promises to the buyer 😅😅

For what i know from the lawyer, so far ard 300 buyer has signed spa, still got 500 buyer are waiting for loan to approve.

Black n white is very important for any dispute in de future, sales agent might simply give promises to get sale, i experience it b4, tis is my advice.

Hi, anyone has real picture of the unit? Just want to know any beam in the ceiling, the design of toilet, yard and etc.

I think it is the time to deal with nterior design for future renovation, a lot things to learn now.

My one is type C

Hi, dear all, so fast to build till 43 level, start thinking how to renovate my unit now😬😬

Last time when i see the show room, my agent told me that the two walls (one wall to separate the kitchen and yard, one wall to separate the kitchen and foyer) can be broken in order to make the kicthen look bigger as what i see in the show room.

Recently i talk to an ID but he told me that the two walls can not be broken during renovation.

Is it true? First time to buy condo, no experience 😅
