Hello does anyone know the floor plan reference for Block C? For example 7,6,5A what is it referring to? The corner unit that starts with C-Floor-01 is it facing directly end of the block or located at number 7 reference? Need some feedback here as brochure doesn't stated the reference. Thank you. |

Anyone able to advice on the utilities? Is it under residential or commercial rate? Also, do we pay directly to TNB/SYABAS or pay to management? Asking here as I am getting few different answer from agents.
