Developer adjustable sales package, just plus minus recently sale rebate, then mark up the price to entitle for HOC. HOC is for free MOT stamp duty ,not like Pepsi advertisement ask for more, 😂

Actually booking is 3k,mco booking is RM500,after sign snp, pay balance RM500, 2k early cash rebate can use as booking fee, return 3k after vp. Now still same process .
