Sufficient speed is Y

can support up to 1gbps, even best 10gbps.

Yup, but need to check whether ur ONU is set to limit 100 or auto. Some user reported their ONU being set to limit 100mbps.

Maybe u can file report ask tm technician come to help u configure.

They'll said rm50 on site change if it's not their fault, just ignore. Just proceed ask them come.
