need some understanding on previous billing. UNIFI is finally available in my area and the installation will be later today morning. I've been using 8Mbps for 4 years now and moving to 50mbps. Question is, since I had paid for 8mbs service for 30 days while the service is moving to unifi in 15 days or so after payment (since TM's billing style is "pay and use" scheme), how will they compensate my streamyx payment? Will they send a cheque?

I'm currently on VIP 10 at RM149 per month, but I just noticed there is a unifi lite at the same speed for just RM129? Looks like I have been paying extra for a similar package.

May I know what is the difference between the 2 and how do I switch to this lite package or are there any better package (higher speed/same price) for my situation? Thx

Friend of mine works there. Expensive. You can't rent 1u, 2u there, at least not directly from NTT MSC. It's like a minimum 1 rack. What about the speed that you need to know?

Yea it is that router, haven’t had any issues (on 50mbps), am not using the WiFi on that router (although I did for some time) because I am now using Ubiquiti APs

Hi guys I got something to ask. Previously TM staff call me and offer the speed upgrade for me which is from 50 mbps to 100 mbps with additional RM20 and unlock all Unifi tv channel but i refuse to accept. I was told by the staff that my Taman only support up to maximum 100 mbps, that mean during this speed upgrade I can only get 100 mbps speed but something curious that I’m landed house mean it should be able to achieve more than 100 mbps speed right?

After upgrades to 10x speed, how do I get the login details that need to input in router?

This mean I’ll still getting 500 mbps package while waiting from them to upgrade their equipment?
