i changed my old 10mbps package (long time already finish contract) to adv promo Rm139 30mbps. last week at cyberjaya tmpoint.
RM139 permenant price + free ultimate pack that was free 12months back in 10mbps ( thank u promo)

Yeah.. mine the black HG855a also still can use.. from 2013.
Only power aupply spoilt..

The 1st version stb also still good, only power adaptor kong.. and remote button some not working.. changed to the small white stb when change package..

like me.. who has been long time contract ended.. went to TMpoint to changed package from the ol 10mbps.
i ask for termination and want to reapply back the adv 30mbps (rm139). bcoz want new equipment.

the CS said no need terminate.. just reapply new package.. the old package will auto terminate and prorated the remaining usage.
if terminate, the port will free and can be taken by others.

the equipment, TM tech comes changed new becoz i ask for new equipment (the CS report damaged equipment)

no penalty or what so ever.. infact i got free the ultimate pack that was received on thank u promo for the last 12months.
