Ftth is pure fiber. Fttb can be vdsl or vdsl2. Vdsl or vdsl2 both are copper, but vdsl2 faster.

I think fibre to premise Y or 1 means contractor lay to house alr, N means installation not done yet?

maybe you can check your address at unifi coverage first to double confirm postcode..

https://unifi.com.my/unifi-en/ijoin/check-coverage.page

sometime tm used different postcode then our mailing one

eg: 48000 vs 480XX

Post code entry is optional on tm api but recommended

Actually if u look at tm tnc properly, sharing connection with yr neighbour is NOT a violation as they stated:
The customer shall not resell or sublet the Service to any third parties without prior written consent from TM;
So..
1) cannot resell connection -- u only agreed to split the cost and not make profit out of it right?
2) cannot sublet connection -- sublet means to lease part of or whole of a property by a tenant to a subtenant, so if u are Sharing the internet and not exactly splitting the bandwidth by a certain proportion, its not subletting, and u also cannot lease such property if u were splitting the cost anyway..

An example of a violation would be:
1) Setting up a mini isp to resell internet access to neighbours for a profit
2) Letting yur neighbour to borrow your address to subscribe his unifi
3) Charging tenants of your apartment (if you are the landlord) a fixed monthly fee decided by you for internet without prior agreement of cost splitting (ie the monthly rate was decided by you irrespective of unifi package price)

Because TM cheated him first and he FIGHTED back hard way for RM159 lifetime...  rclxms.gif

Maybe 10 years later, Malaysians can get that speed and prices...
Like few years ago I used 10Mbps @ RM180, and Now at RM129 (cashback)
*
But tm probably had every intention of cheating him to ensure the revenue they collect from him is consistent with the prices which we are overpaying sad.gif
