yes and no
---
the product unable to play 4k from android itself, it can only play it from externally (hdmi).
and the hdmi spec is quite limited... although i suspect the hdmi is v1.3...
but the tv setting there written hdmi v2.0
i hv no way to test on this.
(ps: i was able to play 4K content from MediaPlayer/Kodi, but this doesnt mean the display is UHD.
when click Info, it shown 1080p...)
the good thing is, the tv come with preload with netflix,
but fyi netflix is very stingy...
they hv strict product test before certified it to play 4k content.
i havent activate my netflix demo account, coz i havent got time to watch.
at least i know it will play 1080p... the rest i donno... yet

if u can accept the imperfection above...
then the tv is good...
at first i tot the tv is actually Linux SmartTV with Ocean Blue UI.
but it is really AndroidTV itself with playstore installed... (android tv ui!!!)
the game works, i would said 80% from perfection.
and some emulator is working too...
for audio it also support DTS, Dolby and passthrough.
the android ver is Marshmallow, tat mean it is last year product.
i have no problem with this...
so far everything is good.
