Lul lalada customer service now hiring pinoy/pinay so cheapskate. Last time used to be locals. Sometimes talk to them also want vomit blood.

Guys,

I ordered a Pet card, RM93 + RM10 Digi reload; total RM103.

Paid using Lzd cash voucher RM100, + RM3 using credit card.

then received an email 10 min later saying the Digi reload item is cancel, and refund 0.29.

How do they derive at the refund value of 0.29?

They must have based only on the rm3 you paid..
So u actually roughly paid rm7.91(90.29%) for the Pet gc & rm0.29(9.7%) for top up
That’s how they calculate & disadvantage using voucher when cancel..
To compensate ask for sv lor..

RM93 (90.3%) + RM10 (9.7%)
RM100 (97.1%) + RM3 (2.9%)
Credit card refund: RM3 x 9.7% = RM0.29
The rest shall be refunded as store credit/voucher which you can redeem in the future.

Original Price......Discount................................................................Payable
93____________(93 / 103 (total price) * 100 (voucher)) = 90.29______2.71
10____________(10 / 103 (total price) * 100 (voucher)) = 9.71______0.29
103___________(90.29 + 9.71 ) = 100__________________________3.00

So since you only pay 0.29 after discount, therefore the refund is 0.29

Yeah, I know it absurd!
