That’s how they calculate & disadvantage using voucher when cancel..

RM93 (90.3%) + RM10 (9.7%)
RM100 (97.1%) + RM3 (2.9%)
Credit card refund: RM3 x 9.7% =  RM0.29
The rest shall be refunded as store credit/voucher which you can redeem in the future.

93____________(93 / 103 (total price) * 100 (voucher)) = 90.29______2.71
10____________(10 / 103 (total price) * 100 (voucher)) = 9.71______0.29

So since you only pay 0.29 after discount, therefore the refund is 0.29

Well, according to what lkoky wrote, he/she only get refund of 0.29.

The refund is RM0.29 (paid amt portion). For the voucher portion, need to call or email or live chat with Lzd to reinstate it back. Do take note, lkoky.
