be patient gamer. play older gen games at glorious 1440p 144hz.
i'm playing skyrim (which is awfully locked at 60fps) while waiting for the shitstorm to settle.

LMAO. there was an attempt to install it into a case with 167mm cpu cooler clearance  tongue.gif

can be solved by just bending the cable, and plug it back right?

Only unwise people go for small casing. Come on use some common sense. Computer is like oven inside. Heat is the enemy no 1.

small case =/= oven inside

They really design the GPU size with that case in mind, what a fit.

Hi Yap, more or less the same listed price like in shopee/lazada. So far loving this card. Temperature really good. Fits perfectly with the LG 27GP850-B @ 10-bit 4:4:4 180hz on DP port1.4 (too bad no hdmi2.1 on this monitor), the hdmi2.1 only can go into the LG OLED TV to run 120hz @ 10bit 4:4:4.
*
Back then there weren't a lot of content in 10-bit, so most gamers are more interested of getting a faster monitor than a color pleasing one.
Even now there aren't a whole lot of true 10-bit IPS monitors, many are 8-bit+FRC, but not a bit deal as long as the user are fine with it and the colors are there.

LOL even overpriced Noctua 3070 tops out in this chart vs latest gen GPU.
Is there a chart for the RM3.3k TUF 3080 ?

Ordered x3 F9 Arctic PWM PST and fan header splitter (1 to 3). Noctua fan just not worth it. Now to find an app to control fan speed according to GPU temp.
*
I've used Zotac reference, Asus Strix and MSI Ventus with casing fans and been using Afterburner (or Asus GPU Tweak) for fan control, with the fan connected to the GPU. Sans Asus, need a 4pin (female) to mini 4-pin (male) to connect the fans to GPU.

not sure which thread to post,
just trying this game Ratchet 1080p low setting, and i dunno yet what upscale method mean so i set DLSS
i not sure why game stuck at 97fps, my monitor is 100hz

just read max, only know GPU can draw a bit over 170w
*
I'm guessing Nvidia Reflex or some Low Latency Mode plus Gsync/Freesync is activated, so your FPS won't go over your monitor's limit. Going over the limit will cause screen tearing.

so there will be no 75W GTX/RTX card without needing PCIE power.

Maybe RTX 4050 if Nvidia decides to make it.
*
Or someone release the 4060 with a power cap, it is already fast enough to run at those power.

The Iris Xe G7 (96 EUs) is commendable for what it can do at 30W, but it is still slower than a half decade old low end GTX 1050-Ti.

had the same issue with MSI ventus 5070ti too.
Had to change bios PCIE gen4 speed manually for it to work.
i did use riser cable too as it is ITX case. that might be the issue
*
How is your Ventus 3x? I'm planning to get it for my SFF, my current 3080 Ti Ventus 3X is just too hot for the case combo and the heatsink doesn't cut it for the 350W card, but might be passable for the 300W card.

The Ventus 3X is great because it is easily de-shroud and used together with case fan.

I'm also wonder if Zotac Core or Core SFF will have better heatsinks and how difficult to de-shroud them.

Not sure it is worth the slight upgrade..

So far working fine, no issue with it at all.
Updated to the latest Nvidia and no crash found at all.
undervolting the card does help with the temp as it max out around 70C during gaming despite it is SFF case.
The only gripe I see is that the ventus 3x is entry card which power limit only at 100%. it seem to be hard locked bios unable to push further.
*
Thanks that's sound like good enough for me. It will be better if it can push further with the thermal headroom, but I guess this is a Nvidia thing.
