The general rule for responding to any thread is this:

Always read the first post

Added on May 10, 2007, 12:13 pmMany people have asked why some players are not on the list. First of all, there is no pleasing everybody. Secondly, what is a creative player anyway? One that scores amazing goals? One with dazzling skills? One who can pass the ball onto a plate from 50 yards? Or all of the above?

ys u r rite..... its subjective question.... ppl get different meaning on "creative player"....

I posted this earlier but I'll have another go. Jorge Campos. C'mon you have to be creative to be able to include all those colours in 1 kit!

Becks may be able to put in a mean cross but when you compare him with someone like Ronaldinho, you realise you are talking about someone with the total package. Aside from the ability to cross, Ronaldinho can beat defenders with his fantastic footwork. You then have forwards who are able to make crucial runs off the ball behind defences, dragging them wide and out of shape. You have midfielders like Jan Molby who weren't mobile but could pass the ball with supreme accuracy.

Most of the players you see on the list have a few creative attributes and not just one.

Your right there.

But , beckham WAS able to do that all.

beckham can actually dribble. It's just the simple type of dribble. But he rarely dribbles. The one that i'll always remember is the goal he scored against madrid

Hopefully next season the Serie A will be back to its original best when Juve and Milan comes back into the fray... this season's football there has pretty much been a one team show, with Roma coming closest but still miles apart

To me a creative player is one who can turn an initially harmless ball into a deadly pass or finish. Players that come to mind are Scholesy, Riquelme and Ronaldinho. These are players who can make a difference
