Becks may be able to put in a mean cross but when you compare him with someone like Ronaldinho, you realise you are talking about someone with the total package. Aside from the ability to cross, Ronaldinho can beat defenders with his fantastic footwork. You then have forwards who are able to make crucial runs off the ball behind defences, dragging them wide and out of shape. You have midfielders like Jan Molby who weren't mobile but could pass the ball with supreme accuracy.
Most of the players you see on the list have a few creative attributes and not just one.

The only Zidanesque thing about Cheyrou is hsi balding head, I don't really understand that list. It's creative players, surely Scholesy had to be there. Ronaldinho haven't stepped up to the plate this year anyways. Pirlo has got to be there as well.

Ronaldinho haven't stepped up to the plate this year anyways. Pirlo has got to be there as well.Ronaldinho hasn't been on fire like he was last season. But he has still been very good this year. A look at the number of goals he has scored this season says so. So he still deserves a place in the list. For me Pirlo, Iniesta deserved places..but a list like this is always subjective.

The general rule for responding to any thread is this:
Always read the first post
Added on May 10, 2007, 12:13 pmMany people have asked why some players are not on the list. First of all, there is no pleasing everybody. Secondly, what is a creative player anyway? One that scores amazing goals? One with dazzling skills? One who can pass the ball onto a plate from 50 yards? Or all of the above?
