Even who bought subsale pantai Hillpark at more than Rm450K bleeding as mean rental rm1400-2000.

Pantai hillpark is more nearer to Bangsar South proper (UOA development), nicer, not rumawip, bigger built-up..

Go learn more kid about property market.. Even I already bought more than 40 properties also don't dare to brag much..

Tell me who want rent so high if there had so much cheaper rental and got the same fasilities? Bandar south and pantai demand for U student and B40.. they dont care about bigger sqft.. as long as they got house nearer to everythings is enough.

Residensi suria pantai not to far for pantai hillpark.. even nexus. Only take 5minutes. If 5minutes you think its far away.. i dont know what to say. Mybe u are lazy. 🤷‍♀️

Dont say that la mr.. dont kid anybody.. if you said u got 40 properties doesnt mean you know everything right. Hahaha..
I dont brag much.. i talk with fact. 600k ceiling price for residensi suria pantai.

bro, its just a common knowledge for Chinese its a bad luck to live next to cemetery. cemetery is known to give you negative qhi. imagine from time to time, there will be ppl come and go to bury their love ones. it brings negative energy to the place. its up to believer of feng Shui.

What i can say.. not everyone have same attention. Mybe 1 group buying this for property game.. other group buy coz they familiar with this area and can see the potential and closer to their office. The other one buying this coz residensi suria pantai provide "rumah mampu milik" new building suit with their max income/budget because they thought why they should buy pantai permai if they can get residensi new building with almost the same price.?

For me, im not making any loss.. because this area closer to everythings. And soon they will build up others building.. and turns to taman eco.

U see original 1st buyer of kondo rakyat who buy from developer just spend only 25k.. now u see how much the market price.. over than 200k.. so if people like u gais dont want buy this property please proceed because there have other people interested with this property. 😊

Just respect others choice.

Typical developer , dont want to renew.

Memoratium rumawip finish(period can sell) left aroud 77 years.

In the end who rugi? Buyer lah rugi.

I was just pointed out to you that if you think this property will hit 600k in 30yrs times, you are making lost at the end of 30yrs.....

please understand the value of money before commenting further.

my uncle also bought a ssl at 9k many moons ago and sold it for 100k many moons later......is he kaya raya now?????? it makes it worse if your sole intention was bought for own stay. you can sell whatever prevailing market price at the time of selling, but what will be your replacement cost then? do you think you will be able to enjoy the 'profit' out of 600k at the end of 30 yrs where mid cost apartment then will cost you at least 600k or more??????

rare case land office dont want to renew, if they dont want to renew also buyer can get compensation payments according to current market value or get the new one housing.

residensi kerinchi the best example, they want upgrade to condominium from flat 4floor, they relocation them to ppr after the condominium is done.. they transfer original residence to new condominium.

so for me if you buy leasehold or freehold doesnt matter. depends on location. both have pros n cons.

and motor vandalise people car. whole car kena scratch becos of the motor park at other people car park,
and the owner of car park reported to management,
then later on the motor scratch the car.

1. 2 of my relatives stayed at pantai dlm yrs ago while waiting for their low cost flats completed. I knew very well the relocation condition n the temporarily long houses and how nasty they were. BUT what to do? beggers cannot be choosers.

2. my father also got one low cost 5 storey walk up flat bcos we were relocated also...….
